Services

Amazon360 provides AI-powered lead generation and outreach automation tools for Amazon agencies and sellers. Our services include prospect discovery, contact enrichment, campaign management, and analytics dashboards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and account-related SMS from Amazon 360 Inc. for appointment reminders, meeting confirmations, and customer support.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost Disclosure: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

User Responsibilities

When using Amazon360 services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting forms.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of our platform except as permitted by law.
• Not use our services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam legislation.

All content, features, and functionality of the Amazon360 website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Amazon360 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
