Amazon360 respects your privacy. We collect minimal data to improve our website and deliver services you request. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell your data, and we do not use cookies for tracking.

Website Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible tracks aggregate page views, referral sources, and device types — no individual visitor profiles are created. All data is processed in compliance with GDPR without requiring a consent banner.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through heatmaps and anonymous session recordings. Clarity uses functional cookies for session stitching but does not track you across websites or serve advertising. These recordings help us improve page layout and user experience. No personally identifiable information is captured in recordings — form inputs are automatically masked.

Form Submissions

When you submit your email address to download our lead magnet (the Account Managers Playbook), your email is collected through Netlify Forms and stored securely on Netlify's infrastructure. We use your email solely to deliver the requested resource and may follow up with relevant information about Amazon360's services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Demo Bookings

When you book a demo through our website, the booking is processed by Cal.com. Cal.com collects your name, email, and scheduling preferences to create the calendar event. Cal.com's handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are functional cookies from Microsoft Clarity (for session recording) and Cal.com (for the booking widget). These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. No consent banner is required as these cookies are classified as strictly necessary or functional under GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.

Advertising

We do not run any advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar). No retargeting data is collected from this website.
